As anyone who know me ,Know I have trouble falling asleep, I tend to think about all kinds of stuff at bedtime and my mind races a lot. I also have trouble sometimes with my legs being restless and the other symptoms of menopause that causes me to not be able to sleep well. I have always had difficulty falling asleep and I have tried many different herbals for it. I was recently able to try Somnapure Natural Sleep aid, I really like it! it helps me fall asleep fast, and I do not do to much waking up in the middle of the night.
