Glade Expressions review

To contact us Click HERE

Thanks for looking at my Glade Expressions review for bzz agent. I received 2 free coupons so I was able to try this newer product and write a review.I love them!

These work so much nicer than other diffuser's I have tried and are so pretty .I also got to try the room spray with its lovely design that makes it so you do not have an unsightly air freshener can sitting one your counter. I will explain more about design in the video review because I can actually show you how it works but for now Ill talk about how well these work.

The diffuser I picked to try with my coupons was the Lavender and Juniper Berry this is a really pretty scent and so much better than the fruit scents, I know fruit is popular but they really just makes me hungry. I have been on a diet and the last thing I want my room to smell like is a desert lol so I was so happy to find the Lavender scent at target.

The Glade Expressions diffuser, will fill your whole room with its lovely fragrance and look good doing it. I love that its very stable and really not easy to spill as some diffusers are because everything is nicely protected.

The other product I got to try is the lovely Glade Expressions room spray in cotton and Italian mandarin, this one smells very nice and fresh and I love that the decanter cover hides the spray bottle so its so much less unsightly on my counter..I hope you get a chance to see the video because I can shouw you how these work better. thanks for looking

Kashi chocolate Soft Baked Squares Review

To contact us Click HERE

I was able to try Kashi chocolate Soft Baked squares recently and got several samples so I could have my family and friends try them as well. I must say they were a big hit, The only person who was none to fond was my oldest daughter but I think that because she saw healthy on the box and is rebelling agents anything healthy :). Anyway I really like these they are soft and chewy and very chocolaty. The softness really surprised me because it rare to find a whole grain healthy snack that so moist and tender.

Kashi continues to amaze me with the great tasting and healthy snacks they come out with. These would be perfect for any child to take with them in their lunch box and will not only provide them with a sweet treat but the whole grains we all want our kinds and in my case grand kids to have.

These are a great twist on a familiar favorite, These yummy chocolate squares are made with good-for-you ingredients like seven whole grains, sweet potatoes and black beans. And with natural sweetness from agave, 4g of fiber and 300mg of ALA omega-3. The texture is a bit different but they are wonderful and you can even can some tasty Ice cream sandwiches with them by cutting them in half and adding ice cream I love these that way.

Nutritionally they have 160 calories with 60 from fat so this makes them way lighter than a conventional baked square. They have no cholesterol and 2 g of protein. This all makes Kashi Soft Baked Squares a great choice to add to your kids lunch or for an after school snack, I only wish we had these when my son was small.

I did a video revew for these so you can see just how moist and tender they are. I hope you have a look at it soon thanks for looking at my review.

Feosol Iron supplement review and giveaway

To contact us Click HERE
I received a sample of Feosol Iron supplement with bifera for my honest review. I found Feosol to be a much better easily to digest Iron product which is essential for women to have.

The problem with some Iron supplements is the digestive upsets that come with them. I did not find this to be the case with this product it was very easy on my stomach and a small enough pill to take.

Feosol Complete with Bifera is the only iron supplement that combines heme iron (the type of iron you get in red meat) and non-heme iron (similar to the iron found in dark leafy greens). Best of all, it is specially designed with sensitive stomachs in mind. These two forms of iron provide for maximum absorption while minimizing the common uncomfortable side effects such as constipation and nausea.

Most of us really need to watch our Iron if we don't get enough we could start Feeling weak and fatigued. Feosol Complete with Bifera is sold at many local retail stores,so its real easy to find.

If you have been told by your doctor that you need an Iron supplement I hope you give Feosol a try because its so much easier on the stomach and will provide you will all the iron you need for a healthy body.

I wanted to do a video review for this product so you could see it well and the size of the tablets. I hope you get a chance to have a look at it. If you would like more info about Feosol you can visit the website here.Feosol

Feosol also makes different Iron products as well as this one I got to try

Here is the video review I did for it.

I am able to have a giveaway so one of my readers will will a bottle of Feosol to try please enter using the raffle copter USA only entries thanks for entering

Pompeian OlivExtra Premium Mediterranean Blend Review

To contact us Click HERE

I got to try Pompeian OlivExtra Premium Mediterranean Blend yesterday through a Smiley mission and had gotten my free bottle in the mail on Saturday. I decided to put it to the test and make broccoli stir fry and coconut shrimp.I have to say this dish I always make had so much more flavor than it normally does when I use regular oil. The shrimp came out a really nice golden color and the broccoli did not need any butter on it to be tasty. I really enjoyed it so much I forgot to take a photo of it for this post.

I really love Pompeian OlivExtra Premium Mediterranean Blend its everything you would expect in quality oil for making special dishes for your family and friends The flavor really pops and its going to be my go to oil when frying or stir frying anything in the future.

You really have to just try it once to appreciate what it will do for your recipes and favorite dishes. I wanted to do a video review for this because its just that good. I am bit behind in videos so when I catch up please look for it soon and thanks for reading my review.

This is my review for some things I got to try through Cleopatra's Choice . Cleopatra's Choice , is a website for all things beauty , they have many exotic items available from around the globe. I was able to try 2 of their products free for the review. The first one I want to review is the Cleopatra's Choice Argan oil for hair and skin.

This is a 100% Pure, Organic (Certified) Argan Oil. Imported from Morocco. I love this product because you can do so much with it . The bottle is 4oz which is huge and sure to last you a long time. You can use this on you hair or as a skin care helper for rough and dry areas of skin that need that extra help.

This all-natural oil comes from the Argan tree and has been praised for the health benefits it can offer to moisturize dry skin and hair.

From conditioning dry hair and reducing frizzy hair to treating skin blemishes and blotches on the face, it has lovingly been called the Tree of Life.

You can safely use this product to help prevent stretch marks and help add elasticity to the skin. Argan Oil is really popular now and is and ingredient in many a beauty product but you can get the 100% pure at Cleopatra's Choice for a very reasonable price. I have been using it after my laser treatments to protect and soften the areas Im treating.

you can find Cleopatra's choice Argan oil here at this link

Real life watermelon feeds and Farm Bureau

To contact us Click HERE
Stepping out of the box.

Last night one of the best events of the year was held at my alma mater, Kansas State. It is called Watermelon Feed. Tables upon tables line the lawn of Weber Hall (where the majority of my agriculture classes and livestock judging team practices were held). And at each table is a different club or campus organization you can join. All you have to do is say hi, ask some questions and write your email down and boom you are involved. And then you eat watermelon.

College days are far behind the Boy and I now, and unfortunately there is no Watermelon Feed. I am a pretty outgoing person, however it can be imitating to get involved in a new community. Especially, when I am used to taking the lead, and I'm finding that a lot of the groups I am interested in are interested in are doing things the same ole, same ole.

However, today I feel like I made a break through. The Boy and I are officially members of the Iowa Farm Bureau and I am hoping to find a new community in this group. I want to 1. make a difference, 2. give back, and 3. be a leader. These things are important to me, and I think most people my age (that would be the upper 20s age bracket) would feel the same.

For those people that are well established in your communities remember that some of us are craving to be apart of something bigger we just need direction, or need to be asked because sometimes it is hard to know what is out there.

And for those of you that are like me. I am finding that you won't always be able to find an email address or twitter handle to get in touch with a contact person. Sometimes you have to pick up the phone or walk into a meeting not knowing what you are getting yourself into.

#SchoolFoodsRule questions (or not) by the USDA

To contact us Click HERE
During my lunch hour I followed along with the #AskUSDA discussion about changes to the school lunch program. Below are the questions that were asked and the responses. The USDA did a lot of skirting the issue, but I do feel that it allowed there to be more open dialogue between community members and parents, while the USDA stuck to their script. Be sure to check our #AskUSDA or #SchoolFoodsRules to see all the tweets, and don't forget that Sensible School Lunches is a great place to continue on the conversation.

Q1 #AskUSDA RT @cafoodpolicy: Students want appealing food. How can USDA help SFAs design a student driven menu?#SchoolFoodsRule

I am K-State Proud.

Recently, a gentlemen known as the K-State Mask has entered the college football scene. And whether or not you have any desire to bleed K-State purple you've got to watch. He is moving (I literally get goosebumps), hilarious, motivating and ridiculous. Below is a quote from today's video as we get pumped up to play Miami this weekend.

I think I fell in love.

This quote goes on longer and get pretty funny after the heartfelt stuff in the K-State Mask video. You can watch it all hear.

And this is the link to the K-State Mask's Missouri State Post Game Video. It is amazing. My Iowa loving husband even felt a little purple pride.
Be sure to follow K-State Mask on Twitter

Tailgating T-shirts and Underwear

It is football season.

Eek! That pretty much explains how excited I am when Saturdays roll around. I mean was is better than spending time with friends, gorging yourself on tailgating food while cheering on your favorite team. Nothing. OK maybe being at a cattle show. I really like those too.

This weekend the Boy and I with a bunch of other friends headed down to Iowa City for the Hawkeyes vs Iowa State game. The majority of them are Iowa fans, which suits me just fine. I bleed K-State purple and there is no way I am cheering for that other Big 12 team - Iowa State.

The day worked out perfect. We had a big screen at our tailgate so that meant I got to watch the K-State game at eleven (and we dominated) and then we watched the Iowa game in the afternoon. That one didn't go so hot. They lost, but it wasn't to a good team by any means. I declared that neither team really should have won because they both did way more wrong than right.

By the end of the day I think I had won some K-State fans. I mean they played great and the K-State Mask videos definitely raised our level of cool.

I knew that during the tailgate it would be proper to support the Boy's team, but I needed to represent my team. Thankful to Threads, this awesome T-shirt store in Manhattan, KS, I was able to make my plan a reality.

Presenting my K-State Girls Like Iowa Boys T-shirt. Threads does all kinds of custom work, and will ship anywhere. The shirt ended up being almost $30 I think. They carry American Apparel clothing, which I love because of their super soft shirts, but be warned their women's sizes runs little small. This is a size medium and it fit perfect.
I wasn't the only one with a unique piece of clothing though. A gentlemen showed up pretty early to our tailgate with something he called Game Day Undies

Our best man's dad decided to big a pair for himself. The idea is that with these boxer briefs you can successfully sneak your own alcohol into games. You never are quite sure what you'll see at a tailgate.
Here's to another great weekend and a countdown to Saturday.

Twelve Unlikely Heroes By John MacArthur review

To contact us Click HERE
I was able to read this book through Book Sneeze and at first because of the author I was not to sure I would like it. I read John MacArthur's first book and I can away from that feeling like he was putting to much emphasis on works and not enough on the love and grace of God. However I really really loved Twelve unlikely Heroes and learned so much from it. This is a study book it will teach you things you never knew about the heroes of the bible and show you how God works through even the most unlikely people.

This book had really made me want to read the other books like it from Mr MacArthur and I am really looking forward to reading them.If you are looking for a well written and informative book about the people in the bible who seem to be less that perfect than this is totally the book for you.

I loved reading it and looked forward to reading it each morning because it was like discovering the inside scoop about biblical figures who's story I knew but only basically, and wanted to learn more about. This study is complete and I would recommend it to any friend who loves biblical history.

Each chapter if filled with different way of looking at these Heroes and how God worked in their lived in spite of themselves.
